WHEN do you ship?
Most orders will be shipped same day if placed prior to 2:00pm EST. It is best to call to place your order if you need it shipped the same day for overnight delivery.
Orders shipping to Michigan:
If the order is going to Michigan you will need to fill out the "Michigan Sales Tax Exempt form" that is under "Important Links" on our home page and fax to 248-413-2199 otherwise we will have to charge taxes for the items purchased.

How to TRACK an order that's shipped?
Once your item ships you can log into your Breeder's Choice online account, click on "My Account" and then find your order. Click on that order and the tracking # will be listed under order status. Most orders will also recieve a

To help the planet we will often reuse our shipping boxes.
We are invested in our customers satisfaction, so if an item is damaged upon arrival we will be happy replace the item. We do not accept returns on perishable items. There is a 20% restocking fee on all other items returned at the buyers expense. We do not accept returns on used items or items that are exported out of the U.S.
Orders shipping to a Michigan address are taxable. If you are tax exempt please fill out this form and fax it to us at 248-413-2199. If you have our email address on file, you may also email an attachment to us. We do not allow attachments through our Contact Form.
