WHEN do you ship?
Most orders will be shipped same day if placed prior to 2:00pm EST. It is best to call to place your order if you need it shipped the same day for overnight delivery.
WHERE do you ship
We ship to all areas of the United Sates and Canada.
If the order is going to Michigan you will need to fill out the "Michigan Sales Tax Exempt form" that is under "Important Links" on our home page and fax to 248-413-2199 otherwise we will have to charge taxes for the items purchased.
HOW do you ship?
We use UPS and FedEx and determine which is more economical for the delivery date you requested. Due to the manufacturing nature of some products they may be drop shipped from the manufacture and require longer shipping times. We'll provide that information when we are processing your order.
RATES to ship?
We strive to give our customers the least expensive shipping rates. To keep cost low we calculate each order as it ships and will charge the shipping to the same credit card you provide for your order once the item is ready to ship.
How to TRACK an order that's shipped?
Once your item ships you will receive an e-mail that includes the method of shipping and the tracking #.
To help the planet we will often reuse our shipping boxes.
We are invested in our customers satisfaction, so if an item is damaged upon arrival we will be happy replace the item. We do not accept returns on INRA96 and MaxiFreeze due to their perishable nature. There is a 20% restocking fee on all other items returned at the buyers expense. We do not accept returns on used items or
items that are exported out of the U.S.
Orders shipping to a Michigan address are taxable. If you are tax exempt please fill out this form and fax it to us at 248-413-2199. If you have our email address on file, you may also email an attachment to us. We do not allow attachments through our Contact Form.
